Sclerotherapy Spider Vein Treatment Spider veins are treated with sclerotherapy and lasers. With sclerotherapy, a solution is injected into the spider veins which causes them to collapse. Lasers specifically target blood vessels and causes them to fade. The results are noticeable about 2 months after treatments. Repeat treatments may be needed.
