We are seeking a full-time motivated Clinical Supervisior to join our high-quality dermatology practice. Work alongside our providers in a collaborative team culture. Duties include supervision of clinical staff, managing hours/payroll, scheduling, training of staff, ordering medical supplies, managing compliance, maintenance of medical equipment and other administrative duties.
This position will have clinical time and will be required to learn the specifics of dermatology services and care. An Experienced MA or LPN or other qualify medical professional with management experience would be preferred.
Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic is required. Excellent benefit package which includes 50% paid health insurance, 401K match and an allocation of free treatments each year.

Mountain Dermatology Specialists located in Edwards is seeking a License Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant or CNA. We are a busy dermatology practice with two Full-time physicians and a Physician Assistant. Our practice is open Monday-Friday. Two days a month we see patients in our Dillion office. We offer an excellent benefits package for full-time employees (32 hours or more). Pay is based on experience.
Job Overview
The Medical Assistant is responsible for completing an intake on patients, setting up treatments, learning all dermatology services, providing support to Physicians and providing exceptional customer service to all patients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Keeps clinic/exam rooms fully stocked and clean at all times / follows all HIPAA and OSHA requirements/protocols
Assist in the different type of medical/cosmetic treatments within the practice and follows the necessary steps to support the physicians
Checks nurse email and voicemail. Responds to patients in a timely manner. Triages information needing to go to a physician
Greets patients, completes in-take process
Enters patients information into EMR system.
Uses dictation software to record patient notes
Provides support in setting up treatments/surgeries for physicians
Prepares biopsies / returns pathology phone calls
Wash gowns/laundry, sterilization of instruments using the autoclave
Qualifications
2+ years of medical assistant experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of medical terminology and safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and able to follow instructions
The desire to learn and grow within this position
